About Stacia Peterson

S tacia Peterson is the newest associate attorney to join the law firm of Salvato, O’Toole, & Froylan. Stacia has practiced Plaintiff’s personal injury and workers’ compensation law for over two years.

Stacia attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California on a water polo scholarship. While at LMU, Stacia was awarded the Water Polo All-American honors three times and was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2013. Stacia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in History.

After graduating LMU, Stacia moved back to Chicago to attend The John Marshall Law School. During law school, she concentrated on Trial Advocacy, was a member of John Marshall’s Trial Advocacy Honors Council, and of Phi Alpha Delta (legal fraternity).

Stacia developed a passion for Plaintiff’s personal injury and worker’s compensation legal work through her internship during law school and at her previous law firm. She finds it most satisfying when able to use her knowledge and skill set to help people who were wronged by someone else’s carelessness or wrongdoing. For her, helping those who are injured receive the compensation that they deserve is the ultimate reward.

In her spare time, Stacia enjoys spending time with friends and family, volunteering in her community, and watching her beloved Cubs and Bears.

People who are injured by the negligence of others are often legally entitled to compensation for their losses. Among the types of damages available in many Illinois personal injury cases are those for medical expenses, lost income, loss of future earning potential, property damage, and loss of enjoyment of life, among others. The Chicago personal injury attorneys of Salvato, O’Toole & Froylan have been helping victims of preventable accidents recover for their injuries since 2010 and have recovered multiple settlements in excess of one million dollars on behalf of their clients. We use a contingency fee arrangement in our representation of all of our personal injury clients, meaning that we do not collect any legal fees unless we successfully recover on your behalf.
